Returns and Exchanges

At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Italian craftsmanship. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original Velasca box, ensuring all dust bags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
